I bring many years of finance leadership experience from public biopharmaceutical and technology companies. Due to my diverse background in small biopharmaceutical companies (10-60 FTE) and large organizations (up to 50,000 FTE) I`ve strong and broad operational excellence in building up successful teams, the right-sized processes, ERP-systems and US governance structures (incl. well-balanced SOX-compliance). In the last years I have repeatedly successfully implemented the machinery for an US IPO at Nasdaq incl. follow-on financing. Since then, I have developed in-depth knowledge of Dutch and US corporate governance and capital market regulations.
