I have broad experience in managing international cooperation projects with a sectoral focus on technical & vocational education & training, employment promotion, and entrepreneurial skills development. As an inhouse consultant for GIZ’s commission managers, I advise on strategic approaches and facilitate planning workshops. With delegated authority for budgets, I manage and coordinate contractors or partners who, amongst others, conduct training gap analyses, deliver trainings or support business environments. My expertise covers management requirements for German Federal Government commissions, also co-financed by the European Union, as well as setting up diverse stakeholder and partner networks to achieve sustainable results.
