At Resolve, we transformed the complex world of mortgage loans into a streamlined and user-friendly experience. Starting as just two co-founders, we rapidly scaled the company to become the No. 2 in the Swiss market, raising over 4 million CHF, expanding to more than 50 employees, and establishing 8 offices across Switzerland.As CTO and co-founder, I led the design and engineering of a sophisticated suite of web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS, which significantly enhanced user experience and operational efficiency. Throughout my tenure, I remained deeply involved in the coding process, contributing significantly to our codebase. My passion for staying hands-on ensured that our technological outputs were always top-notch.I was responsible for the technological strategy and development processes, consistently pushing the boundaries of what was previously thought possible. This approach not only aligned with our business goals but also helped cultivate a team of highly skilled engineers, establishing us as the most productive and innovative team in the Swiss mortgage industry.Under my leadership, Resolve not only achieved significant financial success but also made a substantial impact on the real estate finance industry by simplifying and accelerating the financing process for our clients.

Connecting the dots between Switzerland and North America through public events.As a Jr. Project Manager, I created cutting edge transdisciplinary events merging art, science and technology. From the thought provoking concept, to the outreach, logistics and event moderation, I learned how to manage an entire project with the help of swissnex's Public Programs team.

Took part in the creation of the international Peer Advising Leaders of IIT Madras. An organization with the aim of creating a more organized and eventful life on the campus for incoming exchange students. Activities included events, trips, and a buddy program.Played a key role in generating ideas, and establishing statutes, processes and the management structure from the ground up.

Corris is mandated by large NGOs looking to raise money for their projects abroad and in Switzerland. Out on the field, fund raisers intercept people to explain the values and goals of these NGOs before asking them to subscribe to a yearly donation. Assessed through daily performance checks, the job requires thorough knowledge of the company you represent, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
