A few years ago, I challenged myself to take a break from a successful 15 years career in IT in order to take this other passion to the next level. Since then, I had the chance to perform, volunteer, create and give workshops, collaborate with various organizations in Helsinki (Sirkus Huima, Valosirkus Spektri, Tulikukka, Vannetanssiyhdistys, Sirkus Sielu, Sirkus Magenta, etc...). It is a rewarding experience to reflect on how to acquire and practice new hard skills efficiently, collaborate with very diverse people, and learn to build and deliver a workshop or performance confidently. Nowadays, I take that experience back to the corporate world teaching organizations that more is possible and how knowledge workers can perform more gracefully and more efficiently.
