This included:- rightsizing cloud services - Microsoft SPLA reporting, compliance and footprint reduction- Microsoft SPLA audit execution - Oracle licensing reporting, compliance and footprint reduction- managing relationship with licensing vendors including procurement responsibilitiesAlso managed a team of 3, responsible for process level quality enforcement for Ops teams in a 50+ portfolio of products. This included :- defining industry grade quality bars for three core processes (incident, change and problem management)- creating a governance framework for the processes where quality was reviewed- designing and implementing automated enforcement of quality bars- improving existing processes, suggesting and creating additional documentation (RCA guide, Risk matrices, etc)Contributor to defining incident management processes for production environments for the managed services group.Advocate and initiator of the change management process design and implementation for the same group.

Managing gliding flight in the airclub’s 12 locations including instruction (school) and sports activities:- Resources management, short and long term strategy for gliding;- Reporting development and centralization;- Activity analysis and expansion proposals.- Trimestrial financial analysis and improvement reports;- Technical and personnel licensing management- Website, logo and print design in order to promote the gliding activity and the organized events.- Supervision of the Gliding Training Organization and ensuring the correct implementation of all the specific training regulations and courses.- Onsite audits consisting in procedural supervision and in flight personnel assessment.- Procedures evaluation, improvement and creation.- Ensuring all operations are in line with latest applicable legislation, transition to EASA standardized rules of the air;- Organize all national and international gliding competitions and events held by the Romanian Airclub.- Coordinate the Romanian Gliding Teams. - Assimilate, implement and participate at improving the global and local Technical Support policies in such manner that the Technical Support Team’s objectives were met;- Coordinate with all relevant internal teams in order to ensure customer success;- Coordinate with the Technical Account Manager team in order to identify and solve the technical support requests originating from the EMEA area partners and accounts;- Centralize and inform relevant teams about feature requests and users feedback.- Manage and update EMEA customer and partner database;- Carry out all additional processes related to the situations mentioned by the customers or users according to the technical support model;- Participate actively to the overall team’s efficiency improvement process by suggesting and implementing new procedures.- Approach and solve, based on the competencies matrix, the technical support requests arrived via the dedicated support channels for all re-sellers and enterprise accounts;- Supply the technical support service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ;- Share technical information about the products with the other teams involved;- Quality Assurance (procedures)- Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures;
