MicPulse offers cutting edge expertise on ultrafast semiconductor technologies and components (SAMs, SESAMs, VECSELs ... ) by providing the full know-how needed for our customers, from design and production to the final ultrafast relevant characterisations. My main tasks are focused on: - Participation in numerous exhibitions and conferences- Analysis of the markets needs and segmentations- Publication of articles in industry magazines- Realisation of patent search and analysis- Exploration of funding opportunities- Development of business strategies

Six-month contract in the Research Laser Systems group for working on ultra-short pulsed laser systems based on Ti:Sapphire crystal, with special involvement in Carrier Envelope Phase (CEP) products linked to kHz-amplifiers.

Six-month internship working on Supercontinuum Sources to develop methods and procedures in order to characterise and improve theses sources.

Innovating-geared project with a team of 7 people through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program of the Institut d’Optique. Focusing on both technical and business aspects, our work was to develop a technical idea such as a real start-up.

Three-month internship in the research group of Randy Hulet to develop a locking system to stabilize to a diode laser on an iodine gas line.

One month internship in the research group of Patrick Georges to develop and test a phase grating for diodes recombination.
