About Floriane Ropars
After an atypic background in catering and hospitality I reoriented myself in interior design. My first experiences were next to designers who have taught me how to create a environnement that makes sense and that is coherent. I learnt this philosophy by working for a well known retail agency called Saguez&Partners, where I made my end of study internship. This experience gave me the tools on how to built a concept and a strong identity for a brand. It also helped me to understand how design permit to increase the sales. I am currently working for Compass Group, a company specialised in collective restaurants, as assistant projet manager. I am in charge of the realization of blueprints from the conception to the building. I also make 3D rendering for all the brands of Compass : Eurest (corporate restaurants), Exalt (high standard corporate restaurants), Scolarest (school restaurants), Medirest (Clinic restaurants). The diversity of brands and spaces (brasseries, cafeteria, coffee shop, lounge areas...) needs flexibility and creativity. La réalisation de stands pour des marques m'ont permis d'approfondir mes connaissances en identité de marque, stratégie de mise en valeur de la marque et continuerons de m'inspirer à travers de futurs projets en architecture d'intérieur retail. J'ai été amenée à travailler directement avec le client afin de le conseiller, lui apporter mon expertise pour aboutir à un projet final satisfaisant. Seule comme designer dans l'agence, j'ai été amenée à être polyvalente et à travailler à la fois en architecture d'intérieur (appartement, corner de vente...) mais également en graphisme (supports de communication pour les stands, bannières de communication, logotypes...) et le photomontage "avant/après" pour du refit de Yacht (photoshop).
