To perform better than my previous goals has always been a great motivation to me, as it shows my progress to become a stronger and more consistent performer in the field I am in.My background for customer services comes from the hospitality business. I have worked in several restaurants and was the Store Manager for a franchise system (aran Genuss oHG changed name to pano Genuss oHG) in Germany and where I studied to become a Catering master in 2010.Managing staff and dealing with customers for the last 4 year, I have gathered profound understanding in customer relations and customer care. Working in hospitality and customer support has also taught me to listen and think customer-oriented like a problem solver.2012 I started working at a globally operating IT-Support company in Barcelona as an IT Analyst with multiple tasks in multiple languages.
