Managed a team of 17 HR professionals. Led end of year performance and salary reviews with much higher satisfaction from the 300+ employees and managers than previous year. Crafted and signed an “Intéressement” agreement with employee representatives. Met 20+ VP People candidates and hired successor on time for handover without discontinuity.

Led the international expansion of Alma, launching 9 countries, opening and staffing 4 offices abroad, bringing payments volumes processed abroad from 0 to €100m+ in 2 years. Stopped 2 lower-performing countries, reached strong unit economics and handed over to newly appointed VPs as the organisation grew in maturity.

Joined Alma after series A when there were 20 employees. Built a top-performing team and led multiple transversal projects, either saving hundreds of thousands of euros per year by improving operations or launching new products now generating 10-20% of Alma’s revenue. Incubated new functions such as Partnerships, Customer Success or Data, doing the job for a few months then hiring.

Co-founded together with CTO Jérôme Senot to help busy parents prepare meals that the family enjoys.• Surveyed 300+ potential customers, identified pain points and market opportunity.• Designed and developed a mobile application (in React Native).• Iterated on value proposition and pricing. Reached 85€ average basket and 3.6 orders/active client/month.Did not manage to generate enough traction and margin to scale up fast.

Chief of staff to the International Managing Director• Initiated and led a global project to improve retail performance and customer experience through a scalable toolbox of mobile applications. Designed and deployed the first 3 versions on 11 markets, 500 stores and 1500 users. Still in use today across 25+ markets and 3000+ stores.• Interacted with country general managers weekly, spoke at international and regional seminars.• Prepared strategic presentations for LVMH top management and President Mr Bernard Arnault.Successfully found a leading transversal role and became a go-to person.

Participated in the complete re-launch of the brand platform and integrated the company into LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics facilities and financial reporting. Managed a team of three, reporting directly to the President of LVMH New Ventures.
