Florian Panier is Managing Partner and Executive Producer at Tempomedia Pictures. Tempomedia Pictures was founded in 2021. Florian Panier partnered together with Vera Portz, Alexander Schildt and Ralf Schipper – owner of Tempomedia. With over 35 years of experience in film and advertising, Tempomedia is one of the most renowned production companies on the German and international market. Tempomedia Pictures develop and produces feature films and TV series for cinema, television and streaming platforms.Tempomedia Pictures is Co-Producer for the upcoming movie “Bad Director“ - directed by Oskar Roehler. In total Florian Panier has an experience of more than 18 years in advertising and communication with a focus on film for global brands, companies and institutions.For five years from the beginning of 2016 until the end of 2020 Florian Panier was Head of TV & Film at Jung von Matt, one of the most awarded independent agencies worldwide. The agency group, which operates internationally with 18 agencies and 1200 employees, was named "Independent Agency of the Year" at the 2018 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. In this position he founded and managed the JvM Film-Unit Play. This includes the classic realisations of large-scale commercials for online, TV and cinema and the in-house production of the Jung von Matt Group.As Head of TV & Film Florian Panier has had the responsibility for more than 300 commercials with a total volume of over 150 million Euros. Since 2016 he is teaching at the JvM Academy.From the end of 2018 till the end of 2020 Florian Panier was the spokesperson for the Creative Services Forum of the GWA Gesamtverband Kommunikationsagenturen - the association of the 131 leading communication agencies in Germany. Prior to JvM from 2012 to 2016 he was Creative Producer and finally Executive Creative Producer at the Serviceplan Group – Europe's largest owner- and partner-managed agency group.Florian Panier already worked in the film department at Jung von Matt between 2005 and 2012, where his professional career started at the age of 21.
