Co-Founder, co-owner and Controller of Sucandi - Cavalos do Brasil, responsible for the entrepreneurial start-up of a global business for Dressage Horses managing the day-to-day operation including the controlling the international marketing.• Within three years Sucandi became the leading exporter of Brazilian Lusitanos, opening countries (including Nicaragua) to which Lusitanos had never been sold before. • Revenue doubled each year in business over five years while decreasing operating cost.• Advertising costs kept under control by optimizing internet marketing. 60 consecutive months number one in Google-search.• Ninety-five percent conversion-rate on sales of horses.• Customer referrals and repeat customers account for 40% of the business. • Price-point of each sale starts at 35 K US$ to 200 K US$.

Global financial leader, responsible for all financial- and controlling matters of the global Fabrics division (the makers of GORE-TEX) in 49 countries, serving 1.600 people with an annual revenue of over 700 K US$. Complete financial planning/ budgeting for revenue, cost and assets (including follow up and corrective actions). Served as the financial advisor for all economic value added (EVA)- questions.• Developed and maintained business reporting (actual versus forecast and corrective actions) resulting in more accurate decision-making.• Implemented and maintained new structure for European pricing improving customer-perception. • Led a team of 15 Controllers worldwide directly and about 45 support people indirectly.• Proven leader of projects to reduce net assets (resulting in increased EVA by 2 Mio USD) and cost (resulting in increased profits by 10 Mio USD) and reported to the Board of Directors. • Represented Fabrics division in corporate finance team responsible for the financial planning and budget of the entire group, with annual revenue of 3 Billion USD.• Member of the supervisory board of the German branch. • Responsible for the financial set-up of new plant in China representing a 30 Mio US $ investment for the company.• Member of the global strategic team responsible for the development and implementation of Business Plans and KPIs• Controlling projects like “Pac-Lite” using the Real-Win-Worth-method resulting in increased revenue of approximately 80 Mio US $.
