Took part in two projects:1) Implementing a global payroll provider for CE and Nordic countries --> thoroughly compiled all of the relevant information related to payroll, employees and payroll processes; --> identifying and gathering any missing information crucial to the project; --> verifying the accuracy of all the gathered data and ensuring that it's been successfully implemented into new vendor system; --> ultimately, this led to a successful go-live, with precise and accurate payroll outputs with the new vendor2) Payroll Input Standardization initiative for CE and Nordic countries --> main role was documenting key processes and information for assigned countriesPayroll experience & HR shadowing with the below countries: --> Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Poland, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Singapore, Russia (some HR shadowing), Cyprus (no HR shadowing), Kazakhstan (no HR shadowing)
