Florian SAEGEBRECHT | M.Sc. is a research associate, doctoral candidate and coordinator of the 6G launchhub42 ComTech incubator at Deutsche Telekom Chair of Communication Networks at TU Dresden. Before joining the chair he was unit leader for innovation and entrepreneurship at the WISSENSARCHITEKTUR - Laboratory for Knowledge Architecture, where he led various innovation projects in the areas of digital urban twins, knowledge visualization and digitalization strategy development, as well as visual knowledge design. Previously, he worked in the Innovation and Industry group at the Chair of Molecular Functional Materials at cfaed - Center for Advancing Electronics. His main focus was on supporting the market introduction of technologies, identifying new application scenarios and supporting deeptech innovation processes in the field of new materials. He was also project leader of the awarded EU_Interreg lighthouse project TRAILS - Traveling Innovation Labs and Services. He conducts research in the field of entrepreneurial intention, especially in rural/shrinking regions, as well as digital technologies and innovation processes and their potential to increase entrepreneurial skills, especially among students, and thus create sustainable economic effects for the region. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and International Marketing (University of Hamburg, 2012) and a Master's degree in Business and Industrial Management (Technical University of Dresden, 2015). As a trainer and speaker, he shares his experience from now more than 250+ trainings, various workshops and international projects in the last five years on the topics of entrepreneurship, innovation and change management with representatives from science, business and politics. He is co-founder of the association GruenderGarten e.V., which has made it its mission to sensitize students of Dresden's universities to entrepreneurial thinking and the implementation of their own idea with the help of appropriate tools and methods.
