Lived for 4 months in a Chinese orphanage in Beijing (http://www.sunvillage.com.cn/en/). Spent time doing academic research in the management office of Sunvillage as well as actively supporting fundraising efforts by applying said research. The resulting bachelor thesis is titled "Persuasive communication in fundraising using the example of a Chinese non-profit organization".

Authored a book targeted at German students about studying and working abroad titled "Auslandssemester - Conquer the world the easy way!". Published by CreateSpace. #1 bestselling German book about studying abroad on Amazon.de for several years. I built website & e-commerce presence, ran digital ads & social media and landed several radio interviews & newspaper articles. In parallel I was obtaining my degree at university.
