During this year I served as Transition Manager in charge of this function and have accompanied the Managers and their teams in the operational implementation of a new way of working while continuing to control the IS Department.

Being Head & IS Organization, my first mission was to develop an IS strategy for the brand within the group, while merging existing services at Headquarters and Manufacturing and implement an Organisation function. Starting early 2006, acting as Business representative for Piaget, I handled the implementation of SAP, first with a pilot site in the United States, followed by a global logistics platform based in Switzerland and the European subsidiaries rollout.In parallel, I worked on the establishment of a planning tool distribution (APS) and its integration into the existing IT landscape and on various Organisation projects which followed the merger of the two sites of the brand.

I joined Patek Philippe, taking the opportunity to learn SAP and managed the installation of this ERP. In 5 months, I discovered the watch making world, the SAP environment and launched Sales and Distribution (SD) and Stock Management (MM) modules. Then other projects followed: Human Resources, Finance, and Production Management. Having completed my projects, I became the SAP Competency Centre Manager and so managed a team of 7 people, including four employees recruited by me. This team consists of a SAP Competence Center and a Helpdesk to improve user’s support. Last project, the migration to SAP version 3.0f to 4.6B which has achieved in 6 months.

After graduating as Engineer with the Polytechnic School of Lausanne at 22 years of age, I joined Firmenich for a MFG/PRO project regarding Logistics in Geneva. Upon project completion, I worked on the European rollout of this tool and the development of interfaces between all European sites. At the same time, I trained two people to replicate the same job in Asia and South America. Last project, the integration of production automation in the Geneva plant within the same ERP.
