Following urge to dive deeper into the coffee world we organized a journey through Colombia visiting farms in 7 different coffee growing regions. Learning about the complexities in coffee supply chain, the local regional differences and challenges growing coffee in changing micro climates and having 'first-eye' experience on how the global demand for coffee impacts the Colombian tropical forests.

As co-founder and operator of ‘V.O.F, Student-Trips’ - a traveling company that targets exchange students in Groningen - tasks included managing finances (e.g. bookkeeping and accounting), marketing (e.g. social media marketing), strategic planning, delegation of employees (city and tour guides), as well as negotiating contracts with business partners.
