• Performs all accounting features, including bank reconciliations, accounts reconciliations and expenses accruals on a monthly basis.
• Coding of transaction and reviewing of bookkeeper’s entries.
• Investigate erroneous entries to take appropriate corrective accounting action.
• Analyze complex accounting transactions and difficult claims for invoices, final payments, etc.
• Verify that necessary good and services have been received in accordance with contract agreement, purchase orders, etc., and checking for accuracy and correcting any discrepancies before payment documents are submitted.
• Monitors accounts payable and accounts receivable GL accounts
