I am an experienced Outreach Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the waste recycling industry. As a Supplier Experience Officer, my goal is creating fair and decent work and income opportunities in Kenya's plastic recycling sector. Focusing on informal waste pickers, to move to formal engagement with MGA by providing them with a more predictable collection route and supply of plastic, and thus a more predictable income on a daily or monthly basis.My specialties are in Conflict Management and Customer Service . I am also pursuing a Master Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy focused in Peace and Conflict Studies from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
