With a wealth of experience in managing cultural projects in both the public administration and non-profit sectors, I currently hold the position of Project Manager at the Cluj Cultural Center. In this role, I take on the responsibility of developing and maintaining the organization's relationships with the business community, ensuring fruitful and sustainable collaborations.I have previously held leadership positions, including Executive Director at the Cluj-Napoca 2021 European Capital of Culture Association and Director of Communication, Public Relations, Local Development, and Tourism at the Cluj-Napoca Municipality. These roles have involved developing and implementing communication strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including the business community, academia, youth sector, and cultural institutions.Additionally, I have entrepreneurial experience as a business owner in the creative field, having founded MOTH. Through this venture, I have gained solid knowledge of entrepreneurship and learned to navigate diverse challenges.My skills encompass analytical thinking, effective communication, and successful negotiation. I have had the privilege of participating in international conferences in the creative industries and cultural development, where I have had the opportunity to interact and learn from industry professionals.I am passionate about psychology, particularly the topics of intelligence and creativity, which I have been studying for over a decade.With each new opportunity, I am determined to make a difference and leave a lasting impact in the fields of art, culture, and business.
