* ensuring the operation and maintenance in optimal conditions of the refrigeration and gastronomic equipment in the area allocated according to the organization's standards* assembling, dismantling, sanitation, repairs for beverage dispensers, refrigerated display beverages and food, professional kitchen and air conditioning equipment* weekly or monthly sanitation and repairs for all equipment* self route planning, that included at least one visit to every contracted client once or twice a month* visiting occasional clients, who requested our intervention* weekly self-inventory and order for necessary parts and equipment* phone emergency consulting for all clients
