Having worked around accross various industries which includes telecom, banking, biotechnology and manufacturing has helped me acquire strong insights on geographies, cultures, people and businesses. Most of my time in the HR space is about business strategy, growth, people alignment and performance indicators. I am quick to point out inefficiencies in the procedures and conceptualise solutions. I believe there is a great learning in disorder and am keen to bring out a WishFul world. In both professional and personal arena, I am very high on values and integrity.
