I am a seasoned and passionate business development expert, with over 19 years of work experience and an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS Business School & Kenessaw State University. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable security systems to various clients and sectors, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization and the industry.Since 2010, I have been leading the Romanian subsidiary of Polon-Alfa, the biggest Polish producer and distributor of security systems, and have successfully positioned it as one of the top three companies in the industry in the Romanian market. As the General Manager, I work closely with the Board of Directors and lead a team of professionals, overseeing the business development strategy, product marketing, project management, and interdepartmental communication. We have become a stable and reliable partner for more than 1000 companies, and the highest growing company in the field for the past five years.
