I am a person in constant growth, when I took my first steps at work, I was a secretary for a law judge, receiving people, scheduling interviews and organizing agendas.I moved to another city, with better options for study and work where, far from most of my family members, I finished my secondary education and became a telecommunications technician. I worked repairing telephones and telephone exchanges, improving my knowledge of electronic systems.I saw an opportunity in the health area with hearing aids, I loved it. I repaired, made acrylic molds, I was like a sculptor artist, I assisted old people, young people, nervous people, calm people, I met artists and singers. It was a wonderful experience.I didn't stop. Electrical Engineering, a laborious college, that forged me, made me meet difficulties, life friends, friends... friends... And where I met a version of myself that made me leave my comfort zone for the first time, I started teaching. Physics, Mathematics, Electronics. Today I have students who are Ph.D.'s, doctors, businessmen. I planted good seeds.I grew a little more and became an entrepreneur, here I got to know fixed costs, people management, contractors, profit and loss, sales and business closings, customer satisfaction and customer vision. Computer networking, fiber optics, multi lan cable, hub, swichts, work station, CRM, etc. I also knew the routines: never lose a client from the portfolio, because the important thing is to increase your friendly clients and win-win revenue.I needed to grow even more, because I became an engineer and my company needed a rest. I worked as maintenance manager in agriculture, operations manager in electrical installations and construction, in family companies, great companies, for a short and good time. Great learning.And 17 years went by, I grew and transformed myself with an energy company, which gave me the opportunity to work with large automotive, mining, transformation, food, combustion and energy transformation industries. In this period, I formed my family, got to know all regions of Brazil, and opened possibilities to work in other locations where I am having a continuous and daily growth.I am grateful to #Copaenergia.... a new company in the energy business, which is already the largest in Latin America, and to which I belong and which will soon be one of the largest in the world.... congratulations...
