As an extension to my responsibilities as Lead Product Developer:- Lead the front end innovation process, where people from marketing, R&D, supply chain,... join forces to identify short, middle & longer term innovation opportunities- Manage the reporting to an overriding steerco- Identify budget & resources needed within this process- Follow-up idea management

Mc Donald's Bakeries and Hamburger Technology:- manage projects directly with customers: product devpmt, start-up new factories, trouble shooting,...- build out a network with strategic partners & clients in field of hamburger technology- info dispatch of Puratos R&D Mgrs in hamburger technology2. Support to commercial entities in N-America for the sales of PC Soft products in collaboration with local organisation & regional direction.3. Product range management for the bun improvers.4. Competence & people management of the R&D network.

Support for the region Africa, Middle East & Australasia:- provide technical bakery support - assist in regional business development- product development (improvers & bakery mixes)- product positioning & marketing support
