Providing independent debt advice to companies and financial sponsors (and portfolio companies) in case of growth, acquisitions, LBOs, refinancings, restructurings and recapitalisations. Experience in raising (certain funds) financing in amounts between €25-500mln through a range of debt instruments such as senior term loans (both through club deal and through institutional syndication), RCF, factoring, leasing, mezzanine, private placement, unitranche. Our deal flow combined with a dedicated Debt Markets desk results in an in-depth view of current market conditions making us a credible negotiator and enabling us to obtain the best possible financing terms for our clients.Our process is aimed at delivering best results and maximising competitive tension. We assist in preparing the information pack to potential lenders which is fully tailored to their internal credit approval processes. We manage the information distribution process for our client and issue bespoke RfPs to potential lenders. We evaluate all qualitative and quantitative aspects of the financing proposals that are obtained. Based on a detailed comparison we (re-)negotiate financial terms, conditions, covenants, potential flex language and security package. Nearing the end of the process we are, together with legal counsel, actively involved in optimising legal documentation and assist in the financial closing of the transaction.
