Manager Customer Service Netherlands & Non-Core Markets

Responsible for a team of 14 employees front- and back office, performing in- and outbound after‑sales service, as well as physically delivering Tesla's to customers and arrange transport to non-core countries.* Leading and coaching the customer service team in a highly dynamic environment, serving thousands of customers * Responsible for reducing costs, continuously improving back‑ and front office processes and implementing LEAN principles such as: 5S, improvement board and day start * Responsible for HR activities: staffing, personal development, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations * Leading projects focused on improving performance, customer satisfaction, turnaround, lead time and handling increased delivery volume * Resolve customer escalations * Stakeholder management, reporting to Regional Delivery Manager and participating in calls with Upper Management
