Worked on strategy and transformation projects mostly with the area of finance, HR, and IT domain, in the Retail, Aviation, and FMCG: - Defined the target operating model as part of an overall finance transformation- Integrated Central Finance (S/4 HANA) with the overall business transformation and enable with RPA, AI and analytics as part of a Digital Finance Transformation - Conducted multiple process designs in the areas Finance & Accounting as part of a wider Finance Transformation- Led the strategic assessment of Robotic Process Automation for multiple F&A workstreams
