I liked the conversations I had with the candidates, but what I liked most was writing job descriptions. Using words to trigger people to take your offer is something that interests me and I got to experiment with this while working at Intro Personeel. I really stepped out of my comfort zone by working in recruitment and sales and I learned a lot in these months.
