Ik ben een gedreven, veelzijdige en enthousiaste docent-onderzoeker op het gebied van ecologie, hydrologie en milieu, met een passie voor wetlands en interesse in het leggen van een link tussen wetenschap en maatschappij. In mijn huidige functie combineer ik onderwijs(ontwikkeling) met onafhankelijk onderzoek in internationale projecten. Ik word door anderen omgeschreven als hardwerkend, gestructureerd en georganiseerd, vriendelijk en toegankelijk en kan goed creatief problemen oplossen.----I study the spatio-temporal dynamics of water qualiy, nutrients and sediment in inundation water in relation to vegetation productivity and biodiversity. Research areas include natural floodplain wetlands in Poland.
