By creating backward-looking analyses and predictive process mining tools, the mission of our team is to streamline, standardize and automate business processes.Within this team I have two responsibilities, I) to face the business in my product owner role, and II) to provide all technical developments as one of two engineers.Product owner responsibilities: - Managing the Celonis process mining tool and working together with process transformation managers and business stakeholders to determine product vision and strategy. - Prioritizing the product backlog and adapting it to business needs. - Ensuring compliance with IT general controls by creating and implementing the governance framework for Celonis.Technical responsibilities: - Creating and maintaining data (ETL) pipelines from multiple source systems (SAP/salesforce/snowflake) mainly in Celonis Execution Management System. - Building and deploying Process mining-based machine learning applications - Building and maintaining live business apps and automation to improve business users' daily work. - Developing real-time dashboards to provide business insights. Business processes analyzed so far include Accounts receivable, Credit management, Accounts payable, order management, supply chain and customer care.Finally, I have also been involved in improvement projects for customer, material and vendor master data.

I created a pipeline for extracting and loading geographical weather data. The extracted data was visualized in multiple PowerBI dashboards.

Bureau Dupin is community of citizens who - together with the police - attempt to provide answers in unsolved cold murder cases. I have assisted in solving a case dubbed the "New years murder". As one of two data scientists invited to join the project, we have been provided access to the (pseudonymized) telecom data collected during the police investigation. We have delivered several analyses to improve interpretation, enriched the data set with external data and deployed tools for the community to access the dataset. Our delivered tools have seen 250.000 user interactions in the first month.

Title: "A Practical Implementation of Hybrid Machine Learning for open-text Anonymization in the Criminal Domain"My graduation project provided an analysis of effectiveness and risks in using Privacy Enhancing Techniques to decrease privacy risks police datasets.This project made a step towards complete synthetic data generation by creating a hybrid machine learning model to anonymize the dataset. This model is founded upon a domain-specialized knowledge model extended by a Named Entity Recognition model and was implemented in an anonymization pipeline.

I perform Acceptable Quality Level control of iodine-123 products, therefore being co-responsible for the release of the products for sale to hospitals.
