Engaging with multiple senior management stakeholders doing interviews, data analysis and advising on the way forward based on experience within service. Based on the assessment a report was setup, presented and accepted by all parties involved, which formed the basis on how to conduct the next steps. As a Business Consultant I help the family company from time to time in the acquisition and design of new PPS constructions on theatre organizations within communities in Europe, saving 25% on exploitation cost. Responsibilities include: Analyze VOC, setting up UWP and USP for theatres, build business cases, setup investment and sponsoring offerings, target investors and sponsors, recruiting and selection of employees and management, assess and setup lean processes, monitoring and control of operational and financial results, account and contract management towards communities and other stakeholders. Example of one of the projects is Zeelandtheaters. Since 2010 I have no role in the daily operation and help them out on request only.

Result was a model that helps organization to focus on different areas within their organization that are most likely subjected to inefficiencies by looking at factors that influence inefficiency in the production process most (see model attached).
