As Head of the Cinema Department at Soho House Amsterdam, I was responsible for managing all aspects of cinema operations, leading the cinema team, and overseeing the department's PnL. I produced special cinema event series and managed private hires of the cinema for members, private clients, and industry partners. In collaboration with the film programmer, I cultivated strategic partnerships with Dutch film distributors and other industry stakeholders, fostering collaborations that enhanced our film programme.As Head of the Technical Department, I managed the maintenance and development of in-house A/V systems and coordinated service contracts with external companies. I was responsible for planning and overseeing technical production and operations, as well as managing technicians and contractors, for a diverse range of member events and private hires.Additionally, I served as the Local IT Manager, overseeing on-site IT equipment and support. I managed key IT projects and maintained critical systems, including payment infrastructure, digital access, and CCTV.

As Cinema & A/V Technician, I was responsible for the smooth operation of film screenings and events. My duties included setting managing content and film projection systems, and providing technical support during screenings, member events and private hires.

As a Board Member at Studio/K, I was Vice Treasurer and held the portfolios Programming, A/V, and Maintenance.As Head of Programming, I oversaw a multidisciplinary regular programming consisting of live-music, cultural events and club nights in collaboration with three programmers. I controlled the departments budget and produced large-scale internal and external events such as Jazzfest, /K met Peren and ADE events. Additionally, I fostered and maintained collaborations with partners, clients and external organisations to enhance Studio/K's offerings and community engagement.As Head of A/V, I managed a team of technicians and was responsible for technical production for both internal and external events. I oversaw the maintenance A/V systems and equipment, and controlled the department's budget.As Head of Maintenance, I coordinated and scheduled maintenance of Studio/K's building and facilities, managed permits and service contracts, maintained fire safety protocols, and controlled the department's budget.

As an A/V Technician, I was responsible for live sound engineering and the maintenance of in-house A/V systems for a variety of events, including live music performances, club nights and private-hire.
