CurrentWithin this role I lead brand development, designing, sourcing and hand finishing each product. Integrating sustainable and artisanal practices into the brand's operations and supply chain, to focus on exceptional product quality and exclusivity, awarding its luxury status.Meticulously researching current and future industry trends, to create impactful and innovative advertising and marketing campaigns across all social and eCommerce channels, shaping a consistent and compelling brand image across all retail platforms. Shooting all content required to populate, as the In-House Photographer and Videographer.Overseeing all financials and budgeting with strategic investment decisions to support growth initiatives and maximise profitability. Successfully building relations with suppliers to design, order and prepare stock. Assessing product markups, with careful consideration to pricing within the current and competitive market. Managing customer service and relations, building client retention through email flows, live chat and marketing channels.Other duties include; executing PR, influencer and email marketing, running of all eCommerce and social platforms, and preparing and fulfilling orders to a luxury standard.
