As a tenured college Professor, I am responsible for the management of my classrooms, students, and Assistant Professors within the Math Science Division's Chemistry Department. In additional to creating engaging lessons, my greatest contribution to my students is in my leveraging of innovative technologies - sensibly, and with an eye towards systems level thinking. Intelligent systems that scale offer the best chance of achieving lasting effects. As a long time proponent and active contributor to multiple open source projects and communities, I know that the best systems are open source solutions. Open source rather than proprietary tools have had an incredible track record within the valley, and beyond, for the past forty years. I see no reason to limit myself and make use of the tools available and modify those to my particular needs.

When I was a validator, I ensured both the health of the network as well as maintain integrity of transactions. Presently, I evangelize this project and perform educational related activities around the core technologies. This project utilizes a novel new consensus algo called: Proof of Authority (PoA). PoA allows for fast finality for enterprise ready dApps in a non-probabilistic manner. Beyond my prior network management duties (including cloud computing activities using AWS), I now focus on the creation of educational materials for internal and public audiences. I also give presentations on the project technology heavy meetups and conferences.

At GiWithMi, I have assisted with understanding and then pairing the technology needs in order to execute this ambitious plan. This project intersects multiple fields: traditional map tech, Blockchain, gamification, and computer science.
