Touchpoints was experiencing a mission critical bug in their production software, and I came in to fix it and improve their codebase, within two weeks of dev time by:- Reproduced the problem locally (which they'd been unable to do)- Assessed the multi-faceted multi-processing problem and proposed solution- Added more logging statements to the code base to make it easier to debug next time- Added more environment variables and config options to make controlling the behavior of the software easier- Deployed solution to cloud environment successfully, allowing for faster processing times and cheaper runs

Project: Build a home-grown propensity modeling solution for predicting customer behavior- Was a technical leader on a cross-departmental team, particularly around ideas and implementation of abstraction, configuration and testing.
