About Jonathan Langens
Experienced software developer with a knack for open source and freedom of technology. I have worked on high profile projects for customers such as the European commission, the council of Europe, the Flemish government but also industry customers such as telenet, de lijn, proximus, ...I have a strong background in what are considered to be semantic technologies and approaches to software problems.About 18 months ago I also became a team lead and have been given the opportunity to grow and show my leadership skills.After hours I spent a lot of time contributing to several open source projects but most of my time spent here goes to mu.semte.ch which wants to be a semantic approach to the microservice architectures, using approaches such as heavily relying and reusing strong standards and leveraging the ideas behind the semantic web (as envisioned by the W3C).Lastly I am currently supporting the application of the big-data-europe's BDI project as an apache incubator project.
