This included both scheduled and ad hoc flight operations.• Responsible for the upload & download operation of the aircraft, weight & balance, flight documents, customer service, vendor liaison and safety of ground operations.

Managed ramp and aircraft services for a 47 flight a day operation at La Guardia Airport. Primarily managed the evening ramp side operation, including aircraft fueling, cleaning and provisioning.• Primarily developed and implemented an action plan which reduced the mishandled baggage ratio to 2.3 per thousand passengers.• Efficiently managed evening shift operations which consisted of fifty plus Eastern and vendor personnel. Oversight included employee scheduling, training, payroll, overtime and vacation planning.
