Strength of Materials, Intro to Engineering: Reponsible for the weekly setup of all labs as well as the updating of the Strength of Materials lab manual for the new Universal Testing Machine being used. In the Strengths lab, my role is to machine test specimen and perform strain, bending, tension, buckling, fracture, hardness, and torsion tests for each.

Our research involves the utilization of roadside infrastructure, called Road Side Units (RSUs), along with on-board, integrated navigation systems (GPS/INS), with the goal of creating resilient vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs). We hope to use these networks to provide highly accurate and precise vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) and vehicle-to-vehicle.
