Developed curriculum and taught the following courses:• Practical Hydraulics (classroom and simulation)• Advanced Hydraulic Troubleshooting (classroom and simulation)• Specific Equipment Hydraulic courses on Cat, Liebherr, and coal prep plant (classroom only)• Cat Electronic Technician ET (classroom and hands on)• 12 and 24 volt electrical systems (classroom and hands on)• Mobile air-conditioning (classroom and hands on)• Auto-lube systems, powered by air and hydraulic (classroom and hands on)• Centrifuge oil filter class (classroom and hands on)• Liebherr T282C haul truck systems (classroom and hands on) to include:(Hydraulic, steering, air-conditioning, auto-lube, centrifuge, WeBasto engine heater)• Crane and rigging (Classroom and hands on)• MSHA Electrical Annual Refresher• MSHA New miner courses• MSHA Annual Refresher TrainingOther Duties:• Develop and instruct safety awareness classes• Develop and instruct interactive MSHA regulation course• DOT Inspected training center trucks and trailers• Collaborate with management and provide technical advice on how to best correct safety concerns• Integrate safety concerns into existing training programs• Trained techs on the use of 30CFR part 77 with hands on inspections and regulation application

• Maintained Caterpillar, Komatsu and other mining equipment to include troubleshooting, repair and rebuild of engines, transmissions, hydraulic, air-conditioning, pneumatics, brake systems, electrical and auto-lube systems.• Participated in MSHA inspections, close outs and preventing and correcting violations on heavy equipment and shop.• Maintain mining equipment to comply with MSHA regulations• Provide technical advice to mine management on how to best correct safety concerns/violations.
