I work with a team of high performing prehospital clinicians. We focus on not only ensuring competency, but creating an environment where there's bi-directional communication, and a committment to excellence. Our focus is on process improvement - how can we make things more efficient while improving outcomes and ensuring the safety of our team. Jessamine County was recently named a EMS Lighthouse Community and we provide consultation to area EMS Departments on ways they can improve their out of hospital cardiac arrest survival rates by leveraging data, improving CPR performance and conducting detailed post-event review, and starting a T-CPR program and using smart technologies. We have developed one of the most innovative, progressive, and patient centered EMS Departments in the state of Kentucky. Our providers take extreme ownership and are transparent of their mistakes. This, and with providing meaningful, purpose driven education, we have some of the brightest and most talented EMS Professionals in the Nation.
