Floyd Holliman joined Warren Averett in 2007, is a Member in the Firm's Tax Division and serves as the leader of the Firm's Specialty Tax Services Group. Prior to joining Warren Averett, Floyd worked in the tax department of an international accounting firm and in the corporate tax department of a large publicly-held company. He has over 30 years of experience working with privately-owned, venture-backed and publicly-held companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes and federal, state and local tax planning. Floyd has experience in a variety of industries, including technology, biotech, manufacturing and healthcare.
