CMM was written using Java, JSP, XSLT and database technology running on SQL Server, Oracle and DB2. Defined product vision and release plan for CMM including writing requirements, functional specifications and design documents. Supervised user interface design including usability testing for product features. Received a Special Contribution award, was rated a star performer, and was an invited attendee for the first CEO’s leadership roundtable at Cognos. Managed the team delivering a multi-dimensional server for the next generation of Cognos Enterprise planning products. Coordinated a team to devise a Balanced Scorecard for Rent Control Operations (450 staff). Wrote functional requirements and design documents for required changes to OLTP systems to gather and report on appropriate data for management review. Coordinated an organizational design team of executives to merge two organizations and form the Housing Operations Division (900 staff). Devised the organizational design methodology, planned and facilitated organizational design workshops, facilitated cross-functional focus groups to gather input and coordinated the development of the final report.

 Managed the team responsible for the “Continuous Improvement Decision Support” system used at Canadian manufacturing sites. Performed functional design and specification including data modeling. Invited presenter to P&G’s worldwide engineering conference in Cincinnati and the Logisticon user conference in Memphis. Developed Information Technology strategic plans working with executives at two of P&G’s Canadian manufacturing plants.
