- Create and implement small group intervention lessons for grades 2-5 using research based intervention lessons following standard treatment protocol - Conduct data analysis on student learning and graph in a spreadsheet to establish academic goals and design lessons to follow architecture of accomplished teaching - Attend and facilitate weekly grade level meetings with administration - Serve as a member of the Multi-Tier System of Support and Acceleration committees to identify students performing above/below grade level using data decision rules and implementing plans of support - As a part of the school wide Leader in Me program, serve as school Spelling Bee representative, member of Social Committee, leader of student committees, and student behavior tracker - Attend and lead professional development to further educational learning and leadership
