As the national co-chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group ( trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising, defamation, media, First Amendment, privacy, cyber unfair competition matters) and founder of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, I have represented some of the world’s most recognizable companies in intellectual property litigation.
