I also assist clients in various forms of dispositions and acquisitions of energy-related assets, including shale and other unconventional resources. Additionally, I am well-versed in corporate governance, regulatory affairs, and business strategy, having been a former assistant professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a senior associate at Marval, O’Farrel & Mairal, the largest and most prestigious law firm in Argentina. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, and have a passion for innovation and sustainability in the energy and agribusiness sectors.
