Mr. Customer service of the PNW: I take to the fine cuisine/ or/ outdoor recreation industry like a chinook salmon up the elwha river. Washington terroir is my profession. My friends say i take it too seriously. I don’t think we’re taking it seriously enough. I work every day to make meaningful connections with associates, managers, drivers, and customers because at the end of the day the most important thing is that we all treat each other like human beings and take time to listen to each others stories. Whatever I’m doing, I like the action to transcend work and become an experience. Hard work is easy when the people around us are our friends.
