Our real estate portfolio totals approximately 5 million square feet (leased and owned) and supports the work of approximately 43,000 employees. My focus is aligning the real estate strategy to support the business and Talent (HR) operating goals. Global Corporate Real Estate - Key Adviser to Head of Real Estate for $13B IT client.*Invited by JLL Corporate Solutions to participate in a Strategic Initiatives team which will lead the firm into 2020. Initiative encompasses areas of growth, products, talent, and the overall platform.*JLL Corporate Solutions - Global leader for $13B IT client- Overall responsibility for global real estate portfolio of 12.7 million square feet of owned and leased properties with an annual operating budget of $325 million. Portfolio consists of office space, data center, lab environments, warehouse, and flex.- Responsible for service delivery of a six person team, performance management, reporting, process improvement, and client satisfaction. In the past twelve months managed more than $90M in lease transactions across the US, Canada, throughout Europe, Asia, and into the tertiary markets of Jamaica, Haiti, Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia.
