As an accomplished and respected real estate leader with over 20 years of deep experience, I am passionate about leading global teams and expertly managing real estate process. In my previous role as VP-Global Real Estate at Salesforce, I was responsible for design and construction delivery in Americas (non-HQ), LATAM, and EMEA regions. Over a nearly seven year period, we scaled rapidly and managed explosive growth of the real estate portfolio and team. Our teams worked strategizing, transacting, designing, delivering, and operating millions of square feet of office and event space…with project capital budgets ranging from $200-$1k per square foot. My introduction of formal cost management techniques and engagement of external cost consultants resulted in nearly $10 million in cost avoidance in one year.Prior to this, I have held several leadership positions, including Head of Global Real Estate at Baker & McKenzie, National Director/SVP - Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle, and VP at Grubb & Ellis and Transwestern.I take pride in my ability to lead, innovate, and deliver results with empathy and a beginner's mindset.
