As an Automotive Engineering graduate from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2:1 degree, I possess strong proficiency in CAD, FEA, CFD, and have an excellent mechanical knowledge base. During my internship as a software developer, I gained valuable experience in developing software applications. At university, I achieved a grade of 74 percent on my dissertation, which involved developing a CFD simulation to test the fluid flow of a vehicle's cylinder head. Through my testing, I identified the most efficacious changes by examining a multitude of parameters. My passion for cars and engineering drives my work and fuels my ambition to excel in the field.As a Project Design Engineer at Able Systems, I specialize in designing HGV trailers as well as subframes and base frames for transport boxes (mainly demount). In addition to my design work, I am also responsible for managing the documentation necessary for our ISO 9001 certificate. My commitment to quality and passion for innovation drives me to constantly improve and refine our products.In my spare time, I apply my engineering skills and mindset towards the development of my purpose-built track car. Using a combination of 3D design and hands-on fabrication methods, I create bespoke pieces to enhance the vehicle's performance.
