Our team projected the effect of climate change-related trends (alternative meat, dairy and electric vehicles) on a food and ag company's profitability and proposed a series of investments to hedge against the risks. I led the development of indicators to track the pace of climate risk escalation.

In July 2019, Simple Energy merged with Tendril to form Uplight, a technology company dedicated to providing utilities with customer-centric energy efficiency solutions.As a Customer Success Manager, I worked with utilities to set and achieve program goals in energy savings, demand management, and customer satisfaction.Key Achievements: • Managed seven utility clients through the Uplight merger, escalating and solving challenges to drive achievement of program goals--clients saw increased savings year over year and improved satisfaction scores• In a team of four, prepared and delivered a bid defense that won Uplight's first new client post-merger• Designed a solution using Uplight’s ecommerce platform to distribute free efficient products to 3,000 low-income customers• Developed internal processes and templates to standardize forecasting and quarterly reporting, reducing time to complete by over 20%

My role and responsibilities with Simple Energy were the same as with Uplight, but I worked across a smaller suite of technology products.

At Gary Community Investments, a non-profit foundation and for-profit impact investing firm, I helped clarify and create internal investment strategies, analyze risk and return (social and financial) on prospective investments, and project manage key initiatives. My areas of focus included affordable housing, philanthropy's role in public policy, economic mobility, and Pay for Success.Key Achievements:• Conducted due diligence for impact investments and prepared recommendations resulting in over $1.25M in Board-approved funding• Developed a policy and advocacy investment strategy and screening process and led the Policy Committee’s review of nearly 20 ballot measures and over $500,000 in political funding• Led Elevation Community Land Trust's response to a City of Denver RFP for affordable housing funds, and other city partnership presentations that led to projects with two municipalities• Researched effective piloting techniques in education and healthcare to inform the Futurebound Accelerator's strategy to connect ventures to pilot sites

I was promoted to Senior Consultant outside typical promotion cycles--one of two early promotions in my eight-person start class. As a Senior Consultant, I took on more responsibility, leading management and technology consulting project work streams.Key Accomplishments: Voice Operations Data Migration Lead | Fortune 500 Cable/ Telecom Company• Built and executed a project plan to migrate ~215,000 customers to a new telephone switch platform—coordinating teams across 3 legacy companies in a post-merger environment •Analyzed data sets from multiple systems to define baselines for tracking progress, to report migration results, and to identify solutions to resolve fallout subscribers • Coordinated communications across departments to convey status and help identify and mitigate risk Key Accomplishments: Program Expansion Analyst | Global Telecom Company• Developed a project plan with team members in Brazil and Spain to guide the setup of energy efficiency project infrastructure in Madrid and São Paulo• Collected and analyzed energy consumption and facility data, economic and political trends, to prioritize efficiency projects across ten countries
