-Source talent pools through multiple channels seeking individuals for opportunities globally within Digital River. Territories covered include North America, EMEA and APAC.-Screen candidates to confirm basic qualifications, skill set, job fit, interest and company match.-Collaborate with hiring managers, directors and company executives on talent needs based on business demands and initiatives.-Develop and implement recruiting strategies to create talent pipelines for open and future positions.-Coordinate with talent acquisition to maximize our efforts and efficiency both internally and externally. -Provide recruiting metrics and updates based on a variety of data points to keep all relevant stakeholders updated.-Actively build a talent acquisition function within an organization in which it did not previously exist.-Perform a variety of special tasks and projects as necessary.
